Add More Providers

Our Pro and Pro Plus plans allow you to add additional providers (e.g. therapists) to your plan. You can update your plan by following these steps:

How to add more providers to your plan

Step 1: Sign in to https://www.theraplatform.com/SignIn.

Step 2: Click on the Manage Plan tab and specify the number of total additional providers.

Step 3: Click on the Change my plan button when done so all changes are saved.

Step 4: Once you update your plan on our main website, you will be able to add your providers under the Therapists in your room. All changes are prorated so you will be credited for what you already paid.

Note: Only the administrator can add additional providers to the plan.
