How to Add Therapists

To add additional therapists to your platform, you need to update your subscription first on our main website first. Log in to our main website here 

Then click on "Manage plan" and under "number of additional therapists," enter the number. For example , if you had 0 but need 5 more, delete 0 and enter 5. Another example: if you had 3 additional therapists before but need to enter 5 more, delete 3 and enter 8.

Once you update your plan on our main website log in to the actual platform and follow these steps:

Important: Log in and log out of the platform first and and log back in.

To add a new TheraPlatform to your platform, use the steps below: 

Step 1: Click on the Therapists.

Step 2: Click on the Add Therapist button.

Step 3: Enter the therapist's name, email, and select the time zone, etc.

Step 4: Select Next Step.

Step 5: Mark any additional administrative options for this therapist or add any additional roles as needed.

Step 6: Select Save Changes

The therapist will receive an email from TheraPlatform to reset their password and a link to access their TheraPlatform account.

P.S. Plans Pro and Pro Plus only allow the admin/owner of the subscription to add additional therapists for an additional fee.
