How to troubleshoot remote screen on Catalina OS

Catalina OS requires additional step in order to use TheraPlatform screen sharing:

1. Locate TheraPlatform app in the "Applications" folder on your Mac 

2. Double click on TheraPlatform app and click on "Open" button
