If your client does not have control over your computer, does not see windows within your Mac, follow these two instructions for troubleshooting:

Go to System Preferences from the Apple menu in the top-left.

Click on Security & Privacy.

Go to the Privacy tab.

Click Accessibility on the left menu.

Click on the Gold Lock on the bottom left corner and enter computer password.

Select the Checkbox next to the TheraPlatform app.

Click the Gold Lock to save the change.
If your client sees only your desktop:

Go to System Preferences from the Apple menu in the top-left.

Click on Security & Privacy.

Go to the Privacy tab.

Click Screen Recording on the left menu.
-
Click on the Gold Lock on the bottom left corner and enter computer password.

Select the Checkbox next to the TheraPlatform app.

Click the Gold Lock to save the change.
