If your Windows computer has Cyberlink software installed, it may prevent from viewing your camera when using it in a browser.
To fix the problem, in Windows search type in "Device Manager". Select "Sound, video and game controllers" and locate the "Cyberlink". Right click on it and disable the driver.
Try testing your camera again to see if the issue is resolved. You may need to restart your browser and computer to see the result.
