If you're a patient and you wonder when your session starts (when is your session, what is the date of your scheduled session (e.g. appointment/meeting or Telehealth), please reach out to your provider directly or log in to your provider's portal and click on My sessions and this will pull a calendar. This is where you will see a list of scheduled meetings/sessions. You can change the calendar view to monthly to check appointments/sessions for the whole month.
Important: If you're not sure what your provider portal is, search your inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In this welcome email we show the provider's portal as the first link. If you haven't set your password yet, click on that link and then on reset password.
