If you're a patient and need to access your statements, superbills or invoices, please log in to your provider's portal. When the provider shares these with you, you will receive an email from TheraPlatform, informing you that the statement, superbill or invoice is ready and available to you. You can click on the link in that email and it will take you to your provider's portal. Then you can log in and click on statements, superbills, or invoices to view them. If you logged in to your provider's portal and you don't see anything, please reach out to your provider directly to let them know and they can resend these for you.
Important: You have to log in to your provider's portal not TheraPlatform's main website to view statements, superbills, invoices, etc.
Note: You need your email and password to log in. If you haven't sat up your password yet, click on resent password link.
