In order to use screen sharing, you must download additional application. You can download this application when you are in session with the client, or you can download it and install it before the session. Your client does not need to download this application. You only need to install this application once.

Note: You can watch our built into the platform video tutorials (with narration) on how to install our screen sharing software and how to use it. These videos are available on your platform under the orange button "watch tutorials".
After you download the file, click on the file. After the installer opens, drag "TheraPlatform" app to Applications folder on your Mac.
Go to System Preferences from the Apple menu in the top-left.
Click on Security & Privacy.
Go to the Privacy tab.
Click Accessibility on the left menu.
Click on the Gold Lock on the bottom left corner and enter computer password.
Select the Checkbox next to the TheraPlatform app.
Click the Gold Lock to save the change.
If your client does not see your app windows follow these instructions:
- Click the Apple menu
- Click System Preferences
- Click Security & Privacy
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click Screen Recording (Left options menu)
- Click the lock icon to make changes (you will need to enter your admin password)
- Click the checkbox next to TheraPlatform app

After you download the file, click on the file to start installer
Test It: In order to test screen sharing, you will need access to two computers. In TheraPlatform, create a test client account and sign in with this account one of the computers. Join the session on the other computer and follow the instructions in the article below.
