Auto-Share Completed Consent Forms automatically shares a consent form once a client has completed and signed the form. This eliminates the need for therapists or staff to manually locate and share completed consent forms after submission.
How It Works

Step 2: The client completes and signs the form.
Step 3: The completed consent form is automatically shared with the client
Accessing Shared Consent Forms
Once a consent form has been completed and automatically shared, the client can find the document in the client's Attachments section.
Unsharing a Consent Form
If you need to remove access to a previously shared consent form, you can unshare it directly from the client's record.
To unshare a consent form, navigate to Clients and open the client's chart. Select the Forms tab and locate the consent form under the Forms tab. Click the Pencil (Edit) icon next to the consent form and disable the Share option.
Once the Share option has been turned off, the consent form will no longer be shared and will be removed from the recipient's Attachments section.
