How to Print or Download Consent Forms

TheraPlatform allows you to print and download filled out by clients consent form.

To print/download consent forms that were filled out and signed by your client, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on Clients.

Step 2: Click on the eye icon next to your client or start typing the name of the client in the top Client search bar. Select the client and this will open the chart.

Step 3: Click on Documents< Consent Forms.

Step 4: Click on Print Icon or Download Icon next to the consent form you wish to print or download.
