Onboarding Form Completion Confirmation and Progress Tracking

When a client completes onboarding paperwork in TheraPlatform, including intake forms, consent forms, and demographic information, the portal guides them through a structured workflow that ensures all required documentation is submitted successfully.
 

Progress Indicator

The onboarding experience also includes a progress indicator, a visual checklist that shows clients how far they are in the onboarding process. This helps them understand which steps have been completed and which remain before finishing onboarding.

Important: At the end of each form, clients will find a checkbox and a Continue button. Please note that the Continue button will only allow them to proceed if all required fields in the form have been completed and they have checked the I Agree checkbox. This ensures that no incomplete submissions are sent and that all necessary information is properly captured before moving forward.

Collapse Left Side Ledger

For clients using smaller screens or mobile devices, a small arrow button is also available to collapse the left-side ledger. This expands the form's viewing area, making it easier to focus on and complete the current section without distraction.


 

Completion Confirmation Message

Once a client completes each step of the onboarding process, they receive a clear confirmation message. Thank you for completing your forms.
