TheraPlatform allows providers to control whether individual clients can schedule their own meetings through the client portal. This feature is useful if you want to prevent certain clients from scheduling sessions on your calendar, while still allowing others to do so.
When session scheduling is disabled for a client, they will no longer see the option to schedule meetings in their client portal. Providers will still be able to schedule sessions for those clients as needed.
Disabling Session Scheduling for a Specific Client
To prevent a client from scheduling meetings through the client portal:
Go to Clients
Select the client you would like to update
Choose Account
Select Edit Account
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Turn on the toggle for “Disable Session Scheduling”
Select Save Changes
Once this option is enabled, the selected client will no longer be able to schedule sessions through their client portal.
Important Notes
This setting applies only to the individual client you select.
Other clients will still be able to schedule sessions if their scheduling access remains enabled.
Providers can continue to schedule meetings on their calendar for clients regardless of this setting.
