If you cannot log in or sign in: If you are having difficulty signing in (for example you enter the email but your email address does not work or is not accepted; or your password is not recognized), please verify the following information:
First , please make sure you're going to the correct site to log in. Clients (patients) and providers (clinicians + staff) , should log in to the practice's account (portal) not our main website to schedule or for Telehealth and for other private practice matters. If you're not sure what is the provider's or practice's portal, search your inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In this welcome email, the first link is the provider's (practice's portal)
You and your clients should be going to your personal URL , not our main website
Our main website is only used by the main subscriber (admin) of TheraPlatform to pay bills and manage plans.
Second, Once you verify that you're going to the correct room URL, please click on the "Forgot Password" link and open your email with a link to reset your password.
If you're still having a hard time logging in after resetting your password or your email address is not working, please see below.
You may receive one of the following messages when signing in:
1. "Account with this email does not exist."
The email you entered does not exist. If you are the main subscriber (the admin on TheraPlatform), click on the eye icon next to the field where you enter the email address. If you conclude that the email was typed correctly and you still cannot get in, it is possible that you used a different email address for the actual platform vs our main site. Try a different email address.
If you are entering the correct email, contact the administrator of the room to make sure that the email you are using was correctly added to the room under "Clients", "Therapists" or "Staff".
2. "The password is incorrect. Please click on the eye icon to verify the password."
You are entering an incorrect password. Click on the "eye" icon to verify that you typed in the correct password (passwords are case-sensitive). If you re-typed your password and it did not work, please click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
3. "Invalid email or password"
Our website may be blocked by your anti-virus software or browser extensions. If you have a browser content-blocking extension, disable it in your browser.
4. If none of the above work, please refresh your browser or clear your browser cache."
