Step 1: Navigate to the client view and check if the message did not bounce. If it bounced, you will see a warning within 15 minutes of sending.
Step 2: Ask your client to check SPAM/JUNK/PROMOTIONS folders to see if the email was routed there by their provider.
Step 3: If your client is using Microsoft email such as Hotmail, MSN or outlook ask them if they could use a different non-Microsoft email. Microsoft is randomly blocking emails from AWS (Amazon Web Services) our hosting provider.
Step 4: Check if the client account is set to "Disable Email"
Step 5: Additionally, please make sure your notifications are enabled in settings. Go to settings, notifications, and make sure all notifications under disabled are marked no. By default, all notifications are enabled.
