The biller can create invoices, e-claims, and superbills and view client charts and notes to print in case of an audit. The biller is not able to edit notes or conduct telehealth sessions. Please visit Roles in TheraPlatform for more information on what permissions are associated with the Biller and Scheduler roles.
To add a new Staff member account to TheraPlatform, please use the steps below:
Step 1: Click on Staff.
Step 2: Click on Add.
Step 3: Enter in their name,email, and timezone, then toggle on the options for Biller Or Scheduler.
Step 4: Click on Save Changes.
