If your browser is not able to load your room URL and you see a spinning wheel, but your sign-in form is not appearing, you may not have access to the Internet or your browser cache may need to be cleared.
Please check that you are connected to the Internet on the computer you want to access TheraPlatform from.
Please also make sure you have the latest version of the application by clicking the refresh button in your web browser. You may also need to clear your browser cache.
