I'm here (I'm online): You've reached a customer support of TheraPlatform. If you try to get in touch with your provider, please reach out to them directly. You can either call them (tech support does not have access to it) or if the provider has a client or provider portal, you can log in to the provider portal and try to chat with the provider there by important: clicking on the blue chat button on the top of the screen (given the provider offers a chat option). If you're not sure what your provider's portal is, please search your email inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In the welcome email, we include a link to your provider's portal ( the first listed link). Click on the first link in the email that will have the name of your provider's portal followed by .theraplatform.com or copy and paste it to the browser.
To log in to the provider's portal you will need to enter the email address they have on file and your password. If you haven't create a password yet, click on rest password.
Important: If you're already on the providers portal waiting in the waiting room for your online session, please wait a few more minutes as the provider might be wrapping up another session. If they still don't show for you on the video call, click on the blue button chat (top of the screen) to directly chat or leave a message for your provider. If you don't see the blue chat box on top, then call your provider.
