How to setup stripe terminal credit card terminal?

Our integration with Stripe supports the following credit card terminal readers : WisePOS E or Stripe Reader S700 smart readers. Please, note that these are the only readers supported.

Important: If you have any questions about terminal readers or have any issues with your current credit card terminal readers, please contact Stripe directly as they are the only ones who can help you with this.

Stripe terminal integration allows to use card processing physical terminal to process credit card payment. This option is available in Pro Plus plan only.

Important: Before you can setup stripe terminal you must connect Stripe to TheraPlatform. Please, refer to this article how to setup Stripe.

Once you sat up Stripe on TheraPlatform and order your terminal directly from Stripe, follow these directions to set it up on TheraPlatform:

Step 1: Click on Settings< Billing< Stripe Terminal.

Step 2: Click on Add Terminal.

Step 3: Enter registration code available in your terminal interface. Please, refer to your stripe terminal user guide on how to obtain registration code.
