How to Reset Your Password

To reset your password, please go to your room URL (Example: https://mytherapyroom.theraplatform.com).

Step 1: Click on "Forgot Password". 

Step 2: Enter your email address and click "Reset Password".

Step 3: A Password Reset email will be emailed to you in real-time.

Step 4: Click on the link in the email message. If you are not able to click on the link, copy and paste the link to your browser.

Step 5: Enter the new password and save the changes.

If you have not received an email with the link to reset your password, please follow these instructions.
