How to hide scoring from reports?

TheraPlatform has a built-in scoring system linked assessment and treatment plan that carries over to progress notes and one can score objectives . This scoring system can be hidden.

If you want the "Correct", "Incorrect", "Approximate" values to be hidden from the print out of treatment plans and progress notes, you can adjust treatment plan template.

Follow these steps to remove or hide scoring from therapy notes:

Step 1: Click on Settings.

Step 2: Click on Notes< Assessment and treatment plan.

Step 3: If you already enabled templates here in the past, locate the name of the template (in the white area) and click on the pencil icon to edit it.

Step 4: Mark in blue "Hide Scoring" and save changes.

When you create a new treatment plan or apply treatment plan to an existing treatment plan, the scoring will be hidden on the print out, download and if you send it to the client.

When you create a progress note which is associated with the new treatment plan, it will also hide scoring information when you print out, download or if you send it to the client.
