Sticky alert allows you to leave an important note about client right on the client dashboard. The sticky note can be visible from the client details page as well when viewing client details from the schedule.
Follow these steps to create a sticky note:
- Navigate to "Clients" tab
- Click on "View" icon
- Click on "Add Sticky Alert" button in the top right corner
You can delete the alert anytime by clicking on the "Delete Sticky Alert". Sticky alert can also be deleted from "Client Alerts" tab
