TheraPlatform allows to setup a fax number which could be used to send and receive faxes within the platform. Currently, we do not support fax number porting so you will not be able to use your existing fax number if you already have one. You will be assigned a new fax number.
In order to purchase fax functionality, sign in to your account at https://www.theraplatform.com and click on "Manage Plan". Select "Yes" under "Fax" option and click on "Change my plan" button.
Please, note that option to purchase Fax is available on Pro Plus plan only.
Here are directions on how to purchase and set up eFax:
Step 1: Once you purchase eFax (directions above), log into your account at www.theraplatform.com.
Step 2: Click on My Account< Fax Setup (you will only see Fax Setup option when you purchased the add-on. If you purchased but you still don't see Fax Setup, log out from the platform first and then log back in.
Step 3: You will be asked to provide information for your fax account. You will also be able to search for a fax number within your area. You can select one of the suggested fax numbers or change the state and city and click on "Search" button to choose different numbers.
Step 4: Click on Setup Fax to finish fax setup. Now when you sign in to your portal room, fax functionality will be available within your room.
Here are directions on how to add your custom message on the cover letter for eFax.
Step 1: Click on Organization< Edit
Step 2: Enter your custom eFax message under the eFax field and save changes.
