Real-Time Scheduling

TheraPlaform includes a real-time, event-driven update system. This ensures that every change to meetings is instantly reflected across all connected clients and staff in the practice—without requiring manual refreshes. Whenever a meeting is created, updated, or deleted, the real-time scheduling publishes the changes instantly. All subscribed clients—such as the scheduler, client booking interfaces, and public portals—listen for these updates and react immediately.
