How to Customize Virtual Waiting Room

TheraPlatform's Telehealth comes with virtual waiting room, which can be customized by the admin. The admin can select the background and music for the waiting room.

Here are directions on how to customize virtual waiting room:

Step 1: Click on Settings.

Step 2: Click on Portal.

Step 3: Click on Waiting Room.

Step 4: If you wish to enter a message that your clients will see in the virtual waiting room .e..g "Welcome to Happy Therapy", type your message under "message" field.

Step 5: Select the background for your waiting room: the first image with a circle on it indicates no background; you can see all available backgrounds by clicking on the arrow, next to the third photo. To select the background, click on the picture you like (to highlight it).

Step 6: If you wish to select music for your waiting room select one of music options: the first image with crossed circle on it, indicates no music (select this if you do not wish to have any music in your waiting room); to hear music option click on each image. To select one of them, click on it.

Step 7: Click on Save Changes.
