TheraPlatform gives providers more flexibility when updating their signatures. You can type your signature, in addition to the existing option of drawing it. This makes it faster and easier to maintain a consistent signature across all documentation.
How to Update Your Signature
Step 1: Go to the My Account module
Step 2: Click on the Details tab and scroll down to the My Signature section
Important: If you already have a signature on file, you will need to click clear to remove your old signature before entering a new one. This will allow you to see and use the new draw or type options.
Step 3: Choose your preferred method:
Draw Signature: Continue to draw your signature as before
Type Signature: Enter your name in the provided text box
Step 4 (Optional): Customize your font
Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the signature field
Select the font you would like to use moving forward
Step 5: Click Save to apply your updated signature
