TheraPlatform (Plans Pro and Pro Plus) allows you to filter services during scheduling. This feature is helpful when your practice has many services or offers multidisciplinary services and you wish to speed up scheduling.
During scheduling, one can filter services by:
- Type of service (e.g. individual, group, family, couples): to be able to filter by this type of service, one needs to assign service entered to the type of service under Settings- Billing- Services. If one adds a new service, one can mark this service with the specific type of service. If you need to edit your existing service to assign the type, click on the green edit button next to the name of the service.
- Location of service (e.g. office, Telehealth, etc.)- to be able to filter services while scheduling by location, one needs to assign location to service/s under Settings- Billing- Services.
- Provider type (e.g. counselor, etc.)- to be able to filter services by provider type, one needs to assign provider type to service/s under Settings- Billing- Services.
Note: You don't have to assign your services to all of the above. If you only need to filter your services by provider type, you can then only assign service to the provider type.
To filter services while scheduling (on the pop-up box for scheduling) follow these:
1. Click on Schedule to schedule meeting.
2. At the pop up box, select, type, location, recurrence, duration, etc.
3. Enter the name of the client under the client field.
4. Once you have the name of the client, you will be able to use filters to filter services.
5. To filter by all types of filters: service, location of service, click on the symbol of the filter icon next to Type, Location and Provider. These filters will turn green and you will see a number next to the "service's for client field" representing the number of filters you used. In this example the number will be 3 as all 3 filters were used.
6. Click on the filed "services for..." and you will see a list (or one) services associated with the filters you selected.
