Multiple Licenes

If you are a solo therapist, you can add multiple licenses under Settings of TheraPlatform. This feature is used when you are licensed in multiple states and you wish to show your state license according to your client's location on the invoice and superbill. For example you might be licensed in CA, TX and NY and for client in CA- your CA license will show on the invoice and superbill.

To add your licenses follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on Settings< Organization

Step 2: Next click on Licenses< Add

Step 3: At the pop up box, enter your license number and state

Step 4. Click on save changes

Step 5: To add another state and license repeat the above steps

Note: If you wish your license number to show on the invoice and/or superbill make sure you have this function on. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Click on Settings

Step 2: Click on Billing

Step 3: Click on Settings<  Edit.

Step 4: At the pop up box, mark in blue - show license number on invoice and superbill and click on save changes.

Important: Our system will match your state license to the sate of your client, however your client needs to have address entered under his/her chart- under details. You can enter your client's demographic information including address or you can request demographics from a client as well so your client can fill this out electronically via our client portal.
