Double-check that dates and phone numbers are formatted consistently, MM/dd/yyyy or yyyy-MM-dd.
Remove any duplicate entries before uploading
If importing large lists, try testing a small batch first to confirm your file structure.
After uploading your client import file, give the system a moment to process the data. Then, refresh the page—you’ll see whether your import succeeded or failed in the Status column.
Red “Eye” Icon for Detailed Errors:
If the import fails, a red eye icon will appear next to your file. Click this icon to view a line-by-line breakdown of errors. Each entry will show:
On which row did the error occur
What caused the issue
How to correct it
To protect your data accuracy, the system will not import any clients until all errors are corrected. Once all rows are fixed and validated, you can re-upload your corrected file for a successful import.
