Cancellation Report

TheraPlatform (Pro and Pro Plus plans) offers various reports (session, billing, etc.), which can be accessed under the Reports module and can provide you with more insight about your practice.

The Cancellation Graph is now available again under Reports > Overview. It provides a visual representation of how many sessions have been canceled over time, among other details.

To give you better control over your data, the cancellation report includes several date range filters and view modes:

Easily adjust the report to show data from different timeframes:

• Last 12 Months

• Last 6 Months

• Last 3 Months

• Last Month

• Current Month

These options help you quickly analyze trends over time or focus on recent activity.

View Mode: Monthly vs. Daily

You can toggle between:

• Monthly View: Great for spotting long-term trends

• Daily View: Ideal for more detailed, short-term analysis

• Switch between these views to get the level of detail that best fits your reporting needs

Layout Controls

In the top right-hand corner of the report, you’ll find a layout control icon. Use this to:

• Expand the table view for a more detailed look at your data

• Easily switch between a compact and expanded layout depending on your preference

This helps ensure you're seeing the information you need, the way that works best for you.

Session Status Filters

Customize your report even further by selecting which session statuses to include. You can select or deselect any combination of the following session statuses:

• New

• Confirmed

• In Session

• Finished

• Cancelled

• Invoiced

• Paid

• Billed

This flexibility allows you to focus on the session types that matter most to your analysis—whether you're reviewing financials, attendance.
