This tool provides greater visibility into appointment reminders, helping providers and administrators stay organized and informed about client communication. The Reminder Report provides a centralized view of all email reminders recently sent for scheduled sessions, including those that have not been sent. Whether you’re managing recurring appointments or one-time sessions, this report gives you a clear snapshot of which reminders have gone out—and when.

Note: To check reminders for a specific session, you can still click the Bell icon on an individual meeting to see session-specific reminder activity—perfect for quick checks.
How to Access the Reminder Report
Access the report by following the steps below
Step 1: Click on the Reports module
Step 2: Click on the Sessions Tab
Step 3: Click on the Reminders tab
Here’s what you’ll see:
Individual Meetings – Displays each email reminder that has been sent.
Recurring Meetings – Shows the last sent date for the series, rather than listing every individual instance.
Filter and Customize Your View
To make this report even easier, the report includes powerful filtering options:
Filter by Date – Focus on reminders sent within a specific time frame.
Filter by Client – View reminders associated with a specific client.
Include Not Sent Reminders – Identify upcoming sessions where reminders have not yet been sent, helping prevent missed communication.
