TheraPlatform by default sends out an automated email reminder 10 min before scheduled time. The admin of the platform can add additional custom email reminders as needed too. In addition, providers can manually re-send the email reminder (invitation to meeting).
Here are directions on how to re-send an email reminder (invitation to meeting):
1. Log in to your platform (personal url).
2. Click on the "Schedule" link.
3. Find scheduled meeting on the calendar and click on it.
4. The pop up box will pull- At the bottom of the pop up, click on the bell icon.
5. A pop- up will pull- Click on the blue button "Resend reminder" x1 and wait till you see a message in blue "reminder was sent". The reminder will be recorded in the table above with time of sending. Please don't click on "Resend reminder" multiple times as multiple reminders will be sent.
Important: Please only re-send reminders for today's date- NOT the future date as this type of manual reminder will show today's date not the future date of the appointment. We recommend to use this function only if your client reported today that the client hasn't received a reminder for today's session.
