Here are instructions on how the administrator and the scheduler delete appointment/meeting form the calendar for therapists:
- Click on the "Schedule".
- Switch the calendar view to your therapist's view by clicking on the search bar titled "Select Therapist" (above the calendar) and select the name of the therapist.
- Locate the name of the client/date on the calendar and click on it.
- A pop- up box will open- Click on the red button "Delete"
- If this appointment was scheduled as one time (not recurring)- two messages will show at the pop up box: "Yes, delete" and "no". If you wish to delete click on "Yest, delete".
- If the appointment was scheduled as recurring (e.g. every week, etc.), the pop up box will show "Just this meeting" (will delete just this one meeting); "Future occurrences only" (will delete only future meetings but not the past); "All occurrences" ( will delete this one and both past and future meetings)
- If you wish to delete just this meeting- click on "Just this meeting".
- If you wish to delete only future meetings (within this occurrence) - click on "Future occurrences only" (it will not delete the meeting you clicked on but if you wish to delete this and the future meetings- delete all future first and then return to this meeting- click on it- click on "delete" - click on "Just this meeting".
- If you wish to delete all meetings (past and future) within this occurrence- click on "All occurrences".
Note: If you click on 'All occurrences" when deleting - all meetings scheduled within this occurrence will be deleted from the calendar, however any notes or invoices that were already completed in the past will not be deleted.
