How Can I Cancel a Session (for patients)

You can cancel scheduled appointments by you or your provider by following the below steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Click on join scheduled.

Step 3: Click on the appointment you would like to cancel.

Step 4: Click on the cancel button and confirm the cancellation.

Note: If you don't see a cancel button, please reach out to your provider to enable this function.
