To have a video call on iOS devices, you need to :
- Provide access to your webcam and microphone. Safari requires you answer this each time.
- Press 'Allow' when prompted
Note: If the clinician clicks on Tools during the video call, the camera of both the clinician and the client will hide on small mobile devices such as iPhone or Android so whoever is on the small device will not see. This is something that needs to occur because tools (e.g. whiteboard take up space and the screen size on small mobile devices cannot fit both). However if the clinician wants to quit the tools and go back to full screen camera, the clinician can click on the green magnifying glass below the video to do so.
Common trouble shooting camera on iOS devices (if you cannot see yourself in the video camera):

- Make sure your camera works with Facetime.
