Enroll for EOB/ERA for Automatic Payment Posting from Insurance

Some health insurance companies offer automatic payment posting and if the health insurance you work with offers this option you will be able to enroll for EOB/ERA right in TheraPlatform.

You can enroll for EOB/ERA in TheraPlatform at the moment when you add the insurer (health insurance you work with) in our platform.  Here are the instructions on how to enroll for EOB/ERA. 

If you already added an insurer you work with in TheraPlatform and need to check if this insurer offers EOB/ERA, please click on edit next to the health insurance (insurer). Here are instructions on how to edit the insurer. 

When you click on edit next to the insurer a pop-up box will pull. If you see a message "EOB/ERA enrollment available - YES, then this insurance offers EOB/ERA.  To enroll, mark Enroll for EOB/ERA, provide your signature, and click on save changes.
