To send out text reminders, you need to enter the client's phone number.
Important: Set up your email and text reminders before scheduling any clients so your clients get the reminders.
How to add a phone number for an existing client:
Step 1: Log in to your personal URL.
Step 2: Click on Clients.
Step 3: Click on the eye icon next to the name of your client or start typing the name of your client in the top search Client bar to open the chart.
Step 4: Next click on Account.
Step 5: Click on Save Changes.
How to add a phone number for a new client:
Step 1: Log in to your personal URL.
Step 2: Click on Clients.
Step 3: Click on Add.
Step 4: A pop-up will open where you can enter your client's information, including their phone number.
Step 5: Click on Save Changes.
