Clients and Patients can upload or attach files via the client portal. Examples of files include PDF, word doc, and png.
How to attach files
Step 1: Log in to your provider's platform (your provider's URL).
Step 2: Click on the attachments tab.
Step 3: A box will pull, enter the name of the file (e.g. driving license, MD order, etc.).
Step 4: Next click on choose file to upload a file from your device/computer.
Step 5: Click on save changes. Once you click on save changes your attachments/files will be available for your provider.
