Locate Federal Tax ID/SSN

In TheraPlatform you can add in both the Organizations' Federal Tax ID/SSN and Providers' Federal Tax ID/SSN.

Organizations' Federal Tax ID/SSN

Step 1: Click on Settings< Organization<General.

Step 2: Click on Edit.

Step 3: Here you can View, Add, Edit, or delete TAX ID or social security number.

Step 4: Click on Save Changes once complete.

Providers' Federal Tax ID/SSN.

Step 1: Click on My Account.

Step 2: Click on Details.

Step 3: Here you can View, Add, Edit, or delete.

Step 4: Click on Save Changes once complete.
