This article reviews how to enter authorization that you previously entered.To learn how to add and track authorizations, refer to this article.
Here are directions on how to edit Authorization:
Step 1: Click on Clients.
Step 2: Click on the eye icon next to the name of the client or start typing the name of your client in the upper Client search bar. Select the client and this will open the chart.
Step 3: Click on Client Details< Insurance.
Step 4: Click on edit next to the insurance you wish to Add/Edit the Prior Authorization Number.
Step 5: Here you can add, edit, or delete the Prior Authorization Code.
Step 6: Click save changes when complete.
