How to Cancel My Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please, sign in to your account by going to our main website.
and click on Cancel.

If you decide to cancel, your account will be canceled immediately and any resources that you have uploaded will be deleted from our system if the account is inactive for more than 60 days. All users associated with your room will be removed and will no longer be accessible. We will not be able to revert this action. Please make sure to export all PHI as necessary prior to cancellation.

Please note that per our policy our sales are final and we don't provide any refunds even if you decide to cancel in the middle of your subscription.
