When you schedule a new meeting or edit an existing meeting, you can add services in the following way:
Step 1: Click on schedule.
Step 2: If you're scheduling a new meeting, click on the date on the calendar. If you're editing an existing meeting click on that scheduled appointment on the calendar.
Step 3: A pop-up box will open, enter all information required, including the client(s) name in the client's box.
Step 4: If you have a group session, please enter the name of each additional client in the client's field and select the services for each client individual.
Step 5: Click on the save changes button.
Note: Services must be first defined in settings by your administrator. In order to create invoices and superbills for your clients, you must define services rendered in each meeting.
