If your Therapist/Provider has input their availability, you will be able to schedule meetings with them on your end.
Note: If you don't see the schedule option when you log in to the provider's portal, reach out to your provider via email or call as it is possible that they did not enabled this function on their portal.
Step 1: Log in to your therapist's/provider's TheraPlatform URL. If you're not sue what your provider's portal is, search your inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform" and in this email you will see the first link that is your provider's portal. Click on it to log in. If you haven't sat your password before, click on Forgot password link and follow the instructions on the screen.
Step 2: Click on schedule session.
Step 3: Depending on your provider's setting, you might be prompted to select a provider (click on the name of the provider- e.g. Johnny-counselor).
Step 4: If prompted, select the service by clicking on the title of the service in green (e.g. therapy)
Step 5: If prompted, select the location of the service, e.g. office or Telehealth (for online sessions only)
Step 6: If you schedule an office visit you might be prompted to select an office address.
Step 7: If prompted, select the duration of your appointment/visit, e.g. 1 hour or 30 min
Step 8: A calendar with times in blue rectangles will show. The available dates are marked in bold on the calendar and the nonavailable ones are faded on the calendar. Click on the available date, then click on one of the available times in the blue rectangles (next to the calendar). If you need to schedule for the next month(s), click on the forward arrow on the calendar.
Step 9: After you selected the date and time, a pop-up box will pull, select the name of the client, and then click on the schedule now.
