Allow your clients to schedule appointments with you by themselves by setting up your availability.
Here are the steps how you can set your own scheduling availability:
- Navigate to Schedule and click on the blue box with check mark (on the left side above the calendar).
- Click on "Add" (blue box above the calendar)
- A pop-up box will open. Mark the days you're available. ( enabled (blue).
- Set your available length and time(s).
- If you wish your service/s you're setting your availability for, be available to "public" (via your website scheduling widget) so new clients can request appointments, select the service/s under the field "public services". If not, leave this field blank. If you select services under "public services" only new clients that land on your website will see these services. (not the existing clients)
- If you wish to have this time available every week, leave "Every week" enabled (blue). If you don't wish to have this time available every week, disable "Every week" (white).
- Mark the length of the appointment in minutes.
- If you wish to approve requested appointments/meetings, mark "requires approval".
- Select Advanced Hours (For example if you wish your clients schedule 24 hours before scheduled time, select 24h, etc.)
- Select Location (e.g office or telehealth)
- If you selected office location, select the address of the office.
- If you selected private services, you can request payments from clients at the time of booking. To request this, mark in blue "Payment required when booking private service".
- Click on "Save changes".
Note: If you mark "requires approval", the meeting will show on the calendar but it will not be scheduled until you approve requested meeting (appointments). Learn how to approve meeting (appointment) requests here.
Please note that the admin, the scheduler and the therapist (who are assigned the scheduler role) can set scheduling availability for other therapist on the team. This article reviews how.
