TheraPlatform allows you to copy note, intake, and consent form templates across different categories. For example, if you enabled our SOAP note template under the Progress Note category, you can copy this template to the Assessment category, etc. This applies to our built-in templates and templates you built from scratch.
Note: To copy templates, you first need to enable them from our library by going to Settings< Notes<Progress Notes or Assessment for note templates and/or Settings< Forms< Intakes, and then click on Browse library to select the template you wish to enable/use in your practice.
Or you need to build your own templates from scratch by going to Settings< Either Note or Intake template < select the category (e.g., assessment or intake form) < Add note or form.
Here are directions on how to copy a note template between different note template categories:
Step 1: Click on Settings< either Notes or Forms (depending if you wish to copy note template vs the intake or consent form)
Step 2: Click on note template category, e.g. Progress notes for Note templates or Intake for Forms.
Step 3: A list of templates that you enabled will be pulled. Click on the eye icon to open the template.
Step 4: Click on the copy icon (on the right upper corner of the template- first icon with dots)
Step 5: Next, go to another template category. For example, if you copied a SOAP note from the progress notes category and must paste it under the Assessment category, go to Settings< Notes<Assessment.
Step 6: Click on the Add From button < and click on the paste icon in the pop-up box.
Step 7: Enter the title of the pasted template under the title field and then click on Save changes. (Note that the title does not paste, and you need to enter the title to save the template.)
