How to update screen sharing to new version on PC

To update Screen sharing to a new version on PC make sure you:

1. First uninstall the old TheraPlatform screen sharing version

2. Next install a new version of TheraPlatform screen sharing.

1. Here are directions on how to uninstall TheraPlatform screen sharing on  PC

Step 1: Start Settings from the Start menu. 

Step 2: Click Apps

Step 3: In the pane on the left, click Apps & features.

Step 4: In the Apps & features pane on the right, find TheraPlatform, and click on it. Then click Uninstall. You may need to confirm by clicking Uninstall in the pop-up window. 

2.  Here are directions on how to install the new screen sharing version on PC

Note: Make sure you uninstalled the old version first before following the below steps.

Step 1: Click on this link to download the new version of screen sharing: Download: https://downloads.theraplatform.com/TheraPlatformSetup.exe

Step 3: Click on the downloading file. You may see it at the bottom or top of your computer.

Step 2: Follow the prompts on the screen to finish installation : Click Next < Install< Finish (See the gif below)
