How to Remove Your Own Logo on Certain Therapy Notes

If you uploaded your own logo onto TheraPlatform under Settings > Portal > Logo, your logo will show on the platform and also on documentation created (e.g. therapy notes). 

You can, however remove the logo from certain therapy notes by editing the note template using the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Settings

Step 2: Click on Notes > Click on one of the note types you wish to remove the logo from (e.g. Progress notes, etc.)

Step 3: Find the note template you created and click on the edit button next to the template's name.

Step 4: On that note template, Toggle on (mark in purple) the hide logo option and click on save changes.

Note: To reverse the above (to re-add the logo you removed), follow the above steps toggle off the hide logo option, and save changes.
