When you (clinician or admin or scheduler ) schedule a meeting, you should schedule it according to your (clinician's) time zone.
For example, if you have a client with the East Coast Time and you (clinician) are in California with PST time and the client wants to schedule with you for 3 pm EST (his/her time), you should schedule it for 12 pm California - PST time.
Your clients will receive an email notification and reminders in their time zone so when we email the client in the example above, the email will say 3 pm EST.
Note: The scheduled time on the calendar will show your time zone, however when you open that scheduled appointment on the calendar, at the pop-up box, we now show time of the appointment in your client's time zone next to the name of the client.
Please double-check that both your and your client's time zone is set up correctly on TheraPlatform.
You should also make sure that your time zone is configured correctly on your platform (your personal URL) under "My Account" and your client's time zone is configured correctly as well. Navigate to the "Clients" section, select client, and click on edit to see what time zone is entered for the client. If needed, change it and select save changes.
