If you added family members as 2 separate accounts with 2 different emails and then you added them to one group (grouped them together) and scheduled a group session for each member of the family, then both members will get email notifications (confirmation) and reminders.
If you added one family member under Clients with an email and then you added another family member under the first family member's chart, then only the main member (the one with the email), will get notifications and reminders.
