If you're a patient who missed your session today, please reach out to your provider directly as you'v reached a tech support of TheraPlatform and we don't manage patients' appointments.
You can try to reach out your provider via the provider portal. Log in to their portal with your email and password and if they have a chat enabled, you can click on the blue button chat (at the top of the portal) to send them a message. If you don't see the chat option, you can try to email or call your provider.
If you're not sure what your provider's portal is, search your inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In this email, you will see the first link that is your provider's portal. Click on it and log in. If you haven't sat up a password before, click on Forgot password link and follow the instructions on the screen.
