If you changed the name of your room (your portal), we will automatically send your clients to your new room, when you schedule, send invoices and any other communication via our software. However if you want to notify them, you have a few options:
1. You can chat or send a message to each client individually by opening the chart and clicking on the blue box "Message" (on the right side)
2. You can edit the text of the welcome email to let them know that your room changed. Go to Settings< Notifications, find the welcome email. Click on the green edit button and edit the text.
Important: When editing the welcome email, don't remove anything in the brackets and don't manually enter the name of the new room as our system will automatically insert the new room name in that welcome email when the email is sent to your clients.
3. Once you edit the welcome email, you can open the chart of the client and click on Edit account< Send Welcome email (at the bottom of the pop-up)
